Formal Biographical Data:

Rev. Ronda Hastings has been married for over 42 years and has two sons, ages 27 and 29. She received a BA from Patten College, an MA in Biblical Studies from Graduate Theological Union and an honorary DD from Southern California School of Ministries.  She received her ministerial ordination through the Interstate Association of the Church of God in 1995.

Ronda is the Director of Women’s Ministry at Faith Fellowship Foursquare Church in San Leandro, CA.  Working with her leadership team she is responsible to plan, coordinate and implement Bible Studies, Retreats and Special Events that will inspire, equip and empower women to lead extraordinary lives in Christ Jesus.

She owns and operates a bookkeeping company that provides services for many faith based non-profits in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ronda has been teaching Biblical Studies at the college level and in local ministries for over 33 years.  She is the former Director and Dean of Landmark School of Ministries where she taught in the Oakland and San Francisco campuses for over 10 years. She was responsible for the teacher training at Evangelical Released Time in Oakland which provides special Bible instruction for students from Oakland public schools.  She is actively involved in ministry and speaks at a wide variety of local churches and functions including workshops, special services, women’s conventions and retreats.

She is the founder and president of High Impact Outreach Ministries, whose primary focus is developing, coordinating and implementing outreach events with maximum impact.  She is working to build and mobilize a coalition of churches and non-profit, faith-based ministries to reach out to our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

She loves the Lord with all of her heart and is most happy when she is teaching and preaching the Word of God.
